What do you do when Chrome is blocked by the firm even installed without admin rights

Not sure if this works for everyone but this is the simplest way you can find on google and myself had experienced this issue for a long time.
1. Down load the chrome installer
2. Install it
3. Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application
4. Change chrome.exe -> WHATEVERYOULIKE.exe
5. Enjoy your chrome
